Meet your massage therapist
Helping people feel their best for more than 20 years.
Jason Manion brings curiosity, careful listening, and a broad understanding of the body to every session.

A lifelong student of the body
Jason has practiced massage therapy since 2001. His varied background helps him approach persistent concerns from more than one angle, while his enthusiasm for learning keeps his work responsive and personal.
Along the way, Jason studied acupuncture and chiropractic. As an older student with years of massage experience and a strong grasp of anatomy and physiology, he was often the person asking one more question after class. Although he did not pursue careers in those disciplines, the cross-training gave him valuable perspectives that continue to inform his work as a licensed massage therapist.
In each session, Jason looks beyond the place that hurts. Genetics, injuries, surgery, activity, work, stress, sleep, and everyday habits can all influence how the body feels. His goal is to understand the larger pattern and create a session that fits the person in front of him.
Clients know Jason for being attentive, practical, and genuinely invested in helping them move with greater ease. Outside the studio, he is married, a father to two daughters, and a lifelong tinkerer.
