Please review these policies before your appointment. Contact Jason if you have a question about your specific situation.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may be charged the full session fee. Emergencies are considered individually.
Please arrive on time. A late arrival may shorten the hands-on portion of your appointment so the next client can begin as scheduled; the reserved session fee still applies.
All massage is therapeutic and strictly professional. Inappropriate behavior ends the session immediately, and the full fee applies.
You may undress only to your comfort level. Professional draping is used, and only the area being worked on is uncovered. You may change or withdraw consent for any technique or area at any time.
Share relevant health conditions, medications, injuries, surgeries, allergies, and changes before your session. Massage therapy does not replace medical evaluation or treatment.
For outcall massage, a safe, clean, and accessible working area is required. Jason will confirm location, access, parking, and setup details before the appointment.
Payment is due at the time of service. Current prices are shown on the pricing page and in the Noterro booking portal.
