Massage therapy in Dallas
Myofascial Release
A focused, unhurried approach for areas that feel restricted, compressed, or difficult to move.
What is myofascial release?
Fascia is the connective tissue network that surrounds muscles and other structures throughout the body. Repetitive movement, injury, surgery, posture, and stress can all contribute to areas that feel less mobile.
Myofascial release uses patient, sustained contact rather than fast or forceful strokes. Jason follows the response of the tissue and adjusts the work to the individual instead of applying a fixed routine.
What a session is like
Your session begins with a conversation about what you are noticing and how it affects daily movement. Work may be performed without oil so Jason can maintain steady contact. Pressure is adjusted throughout, and you are encouraged to give feedback at any time.
Massage therapy is complementary care and does not replace diagnosis or treatment from a physician.
